ZCW8-Z Mine Explosion-proof and Intrinsically Safe Temperature Inspection Device Main Unit

The ZCW8-Z mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe temperature inspection device host is an 8-channel temperature inspection display and abnormal temperature alarm system. This inspection device can input signals from 8 channels of Pt100 temperature sensors. It is specifically designed for applications such as bearing temperature measurement. The temperature probe is the GWP200 type, with surface magnetic adsorption, directly adhering to the surface of the measured part, offering flexible and convenient installation. It also features screw holes for dual fixation.

This device adopts a flameproof and intrinsically safe design, with reasonable structure and rich functionality. The host body integrates an intrinsically safe audible and visual alarm, featuring high and low temperature limit alarms. It also includes switch output interfaces and RS485 communication functionality, allowing integration into centralized control systems to meet remote digital management needs.
